Stop Snoring without Medication or Aids

Snoring can be a big problem for a lot of us which can lead to not only health problems but also relationship problems when we keep our spouse awake with our snoring.

Most snoring is caused by the relaxation of soft tissue in our throat as it is relaxed when we fall asleep.
This can be strengthened with exercise and will cure most snorers without medication or mouthgards or other stop snoring aids.
Following i have outlined some of the exercises that can be done to strengthen that tissue and stop you from snoring.
1. this is my favourite : Singing it doesnt matter if you
are a good or bad singer , singing is the best exercise for your throat so try to do as much of it as you can.Sing along to the radio in the car or sing your favourite tune
at the top of your lungs when you are in the shower.

2. Hold a pencil between your teeth for five minutes.Dont
bite down hard just hard enough to hold it.

3.Pucker up like you are about to kiss and hold for ten seconds and then relax.Do this five times.

4.Open your mouth as wide as you can and hold for five seconds,then close making sure your lips meet.Do this five times.

5.Press your finger gently against your chin for no more than 3 minutes.

Do these exercises as often as you think of them and you should notice some results within a couple of weeks.
